Answer: True Blue Travel is a Travel Agency based in Tilak nagar, New Delhi India, Established in 2015. True Blue Travel is an authorized Priority Partner of Make My Trip. We cater to all needs of the travelers like 3, 4 or 5 star hotels, private cabs, coach travel, English Speaking drivers, loacl guides. Special arrangement for Senior Citizen Tours, Wildlife Expeditions, Photography Tours, Honeymoon Tours etc.

Question: When should I make my booking?
Answer: You can book your holiday trip whenever you want. But we would advise you to make early reservation. During busy periods like Christmas, Carnival, Easter, Summer. To get lowest airfare you must book in advance.

Question: I am ready to book - what do I do?
Answer: You can make a call at 011-4559-7791, 098731-94858 or e-mail us at sales@trueblutravel.com with the following details.
1. Full passenger name(s) as per your passport or Id issued by any government.
2. Dates you wish to travel (let us know if you have any flexibility) and how long you want to stay.
3. Contact number.

Question: What types of documents are required to travel?
Answer: For a domestic flight at check in a government ID is required. For international flights passport and visa are required. So, please be advised to check if you need a visa for your destination.

Question: What if I have special requests?
True Blue Trave gives you the opportunity to put your special requests in front of us. We pass your request to the property and your request will be accommodated by the property where ever possible.

Question: How does your service work?
Answer: It's simple! Just fill our on-line request form for the type of vacation you want to book holiday packages, cruise line, land sea package, etc. Once we receive your information, we'll try to find the best possible price

Question: How much would I pay upfront?
Answer: Based on the discussion with your Travel Counselor, you have to pay 25% - 50% of your Total Trip amount to process the reservation.

Question: What are the payment modes?
Answer: You can pay via Bank Transfers, Cheques or in cash. We accept all Visa, MasterCard and major debit cards which are subject to processing fee.

Question: What if I face any issues during the Tour?
Answer: There would be a dedicated Travel Counselor assigned exclusively to you, who would be in touch with you from the time when the query was initiated till the tour ends

Question: Is my flight ticket is refundable?
Answer: Almost flight tickets are non-refundable.

Question: Is My Personal Information Safe with you?
Answer: Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy. Your confidential information will only be used for purposes of booking finalisation.
